The office staff is not accommodating at all. My child has been coming for 6 months. Any time we have had to reschedule I give MORE than 24 hours notice. Typically, at least 2-3 days. They issued us an attendance policy notice stating we are not coming to our sessions. We always come. There were a couple times we had some misunderstnadings on scheduling. That's it. If you are military highly recommend finding a new place. They have a very strict policy. Your child is given a time and day that you are not allowed to reschedule or cancel or they suspend your child for 90 days from going to their therapy office. But the therapist will cancel the day of for being “sick” but not allow you to move your appointment from a 9:00 to 11:00 appointment.
Love this place. They assist and help my son out so good. So if you looking for a good therapy for your kids, this is the place.
We LOVE this place! My daughter is 4 years old, is autistic, and is speech and developmentally delayed. We moved to the area recently and they had an opening for speech and feeding. Miss Summer has been a Godsend to my daughter! My daughter has no social skills and yet she responds so well to Summer. Summer will constantly adapt to whatever my daughter needs and is a wealth of knowledge as far as trying new things and setting my daughter up for success. We are so happy we found this place and I will always recommend it!
