Emily is a phenomenal therapist and really challenged and pushed me in therapy in ways I didn't think were possible. She truly listens to her clients, and I never felt judged or rushed in a session. I have had a lot of prior therapists give me the answer or the reassurance I was seeking, but Emily really made me look inward, find answers for myself, and build boundaries that we navigated and enforced together, all from a trauma-based lens. Emily creates a safe space (mentally and physically) for clients to process their experiences. She is understanding and non-judgmental. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to heal from trauma!
Emily is super knowledgeable about trauma and really cares for her clients. She teaches helpful strategies to manage symptoms and improve interpersonal relationships. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
