I have been going to therapy for about 3 years now with Ally. It has been much needed as I grew up with counseling. I have learned more about myself and how to handle myself better in life. I called many therapists with no luck, and the very first day I called she was able to see me for an appointment. I am very grateful for the help she has given me

I have been going to Ally for therapy for many years, she’s very good at what she does and has helped me with many situations through the years with therapy, I will also be continuing to see her in the future as well

I can Not even begin to say how incredibly helpful Ally has been for me over the the past many years. From going through a terrible divorce, to the financial situation afterwards, it was devastating. Her incredibly intuitive and thoughtful outlooks. She opened my eyes and had me looking at things from a different angle. Definitely getting a different perspective on things was extremely helpful.
