Family member has been waiting 3, yes 3 weeks! for a refill while getting vague answers about the wait and No one seems to know where the Dr is and why meds aren’t being sent to the pharmacy.
Horrible service
My perscription always ran out while waiting for them to refill it. Typically took over a week to get after I ran out. I waited during my last session for 20 minutes in the remote meeting without the provider showing up before I called it quits. The biggest problem was that they didn't have a phone number for the provider I was seeing, so all communication was done over email between them, taking days to sort out what could have been solved in a single phone call.
