The teachers are so caring! My son wouldn't speak to anyone and was super shy when he first came to Therapy Tree. His first teacher Ms. Katie really made a break through with him and helped him build a foundation in English. Now he loves going to his sessions with Ms. Deena and Ms. Cassidy. He talks everyone's ears off and is always using phrases and words these ladies taught him. The scheduling system has issues though. They canceled my sons appointment and took him completely off the schedule saying he never showed for December and January but he’s been going every week. And the times he missed in December was due to the flu and we called and informed them! All they kept saying well our system shows no show. they even billed our insurance for these days. If he wasn’t there why are you billing for services you supposedly never provided?? That’s insurance fraud!
I love this place!! My son has grown so much. I recommend it to everyone who has a special needs child.
My son went here for multiple therapys and their billing department screwed up out insurance so bad that It's been almost 6 months and It is STILL causing problems all over the place. They billed for PT which he never had, they billed almost everything incorrectly. It's literally been the biggest headache EVER I would NEVER recomment them to anyone. The only 2 good constant therapiest my son ever had left and their billing department is a joke.
