The receptionist is terrible,they never answer the phone.And it takes days before they respond.They call you to schedule but then they don’t answer.I have been trying for weeks ,and here we are waiting for an evaluation.
My daughters have been in therapy for a while now, but I've been doing it for a few months now. I don't like the service. They close late because after noon it's very difficult for them to answer the phone, and if I leave a message, they never return the call. I don't like the service anymore. If I change the virtual appointment, they send me the link after the time I need to enter. I don't know if the therapy is less than half an hour for everyone or just for my daughter. The therapist are amazing don't get me wrong my little has been going there for years now. But if you are trying to get a hold of the front desk or help with anything they don't answer the phone. They definitely don't call back when you leave a message. If you follow the prompt when calling they don't even have the correct number for billing listed. So if you're expecting good communication they fail miserably.
No one ever answers the phone..ridiculous
