Do not go to any Therapy tree! It’s impossible to get ahold of someone from the billing department! I’ve been trying since February to get a bill resolved!! I shouldn’t have to pay this bill. My son graduated in November 2025 and I was sent a bill in February saying I reached my maximum benefits in November when their system told me I still had 10 class left from my insurance!! Very unprofessional! I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!!
What started out as a great relationship, turned bitter. 2023 we were seeing a fantastic SLP by the name of Sarah. We booked and committed for :30 minute sessions every week and had a confirmed slot. Near the end of 2025, after 2 years of service, they began scheduling us with random providers and cancelling our 1:1 sessions and auto booking into group sessions. I have never left a review but this situation is disturbing. I schedule 3 months ago because today was the soonest they could get me in. They called last minute today and cancelled because the physical therapist didnt come in. I was then told they would not find another appointment to schedule my daughter for the rest of the year. This is disgusting. And I clearly should have looked at the reviews because they obviously have horrible business practices and do this often. Been trying to schedule an appointment since they’ve called me and left a voicemail they got a referral for my son and no one answers the phone.
I have so many things to this say about this place. First off it took me so long to be able to get an appointment because they never answer the phone or call you back when i finally got a hold of some one you could hear the roasters in the back and could barely understand or hear the person that answered. Next thing you know my appointment was canceled via email because they have no therapist available.
