After numerous voicemails left to make an appointment finally got someone to call me back. Scheduled appointment. At 6 pm the night before his appointment they call and tell me the insurance they have on file is not valid (guess it came over w referral from doc office, no one asked me about it when I scheduled) so they cancelled appointment. I utilized the Flagstaff office and despite the fact that I liked the two employees my daughter worked with, the organization as a whole is horrible to work with. The flagstaff office doesn’t have a receptionist, so everything goes through the Phoenix offices. They will only book out 2 weeks in advanced if you follow the instructions for scheduling and by the time they came along they were always booked up. I couldn’t get consistent appointments for my daughter and had several phone calls crying trying to get the help we wer... read more
