I really just want someone to call me back, respond to an email, etc. It took 2 months to even get the appointment scheduled because the office staff didn’t verify the insurance, but the last 2 weeks it’s been scheduled we have been no-showed! This is very frustrating and I just want to figure out what’s going on.

La experiencia que he tenido al momento de llamar por teléfono para hacer mis citas, no es muy buena. Sobre todo cuando fue la primera vez, ellos simplemente no contestaban el teléfono, ni los correos...
