I had a disappointing experience with this organization. A staff member named Christlyn canceled three consecutive appointments for my son. During the last cancellation, she mentioned a scheduling conflict and indicated that she would no longer be available to see him, despite never having had the opportunity to meet with him. I followed up with the office manager, Sofia, who requested that I send all the cancellation messages. I want to leave my best review for this wonderful place. They are the best therapists I could find. My daughter has started to reject school, but she loves this place. She was a child who barely spoke, and now in two months she has made a lot of progress. I want to recommend it to all those mothers who are looking for a special place where their children will feel super good. Amazing therapists who are so gentle and kind with the children and families here. Can’t forget the outstanding admin team who also make everything smooth. Defo recommend if you are looking for therapy services for you kiddo!
Two of my kids are attending at Therapy Station, and Mrs Gayle has been a great support and she has guide us with support and recommendations on how to help our kids on every aspect of their development. I really love this place.
