I had lymphedema in my hand and arm after a stroke and my doctor referred me to TSM. Everyone in the office was so kind and friendly, and Samantha was so great to work with. She performed manual lymphatic drainage on my arm and hand and showed me how to do it myself at home. I'm so glad I found this place!
My goal in life is to avoid needing to urgently find a bathroom to pee in that is strange, gross, and dirty so I called TSM for pelvic health with Samantha. I’m so glad I did. While I’ve been to pelvic health PT before and kiegels were recommended, Samantha determined my hip muscles were tight and weak so she taught me how to do easy exercises in their gym and at home which opened my hip muscles and strengthened them.
