Rachel and Linda are terrific. Not only do they know intimately the musculature of the body, their exercises WORK. With only 8 sessions, they relieved the pain I had in my shoulder that I'd been experiencing for months! They are professional while having a great sense of humor. I will miss our sessions!
Kent and Mike gave me my life back. I went in for problems with my knee and lower back. They have given a lot of thought about safety during this covid19 time which immediately gave me a sense that everything was going to be okay. I felt listened to and comfortable.
