Extremely biased. When I asked for updates on my child and an opportunity to voice my concerns, the Dr. Reached out and said they are happy to speak with me. The secretary then followed up and my "meeting" with the Dr's was framed and scheduled as a "Parenting Workshop" and tried to charge me a fee for attending!! This was not initially communicated to me, and was sprung onto me last minute.
