What kind of corporation terminates patient's aquatic (APPROVED) sessions at El Dorado Hills Physical Therapy - Folsom without any reasons nor allow anyone the respect to resolve whatever issue may have come up? This is totally inexcusable! You have affected quite a few individuals and to be informed that you WON'T return requests for answers is ludicrous! Glad to see your bottom line is far more important than the well-being of the patients.
What's up with your billing department? I went to Body Central in Arizona and got misbilled from day one. The local group showed where all my billing was accurate MONTHS of trying to communicate with billing from the office and myself and no response. Biling does NOT answer the phone and does NOT respond to your locations. I've been getting collection notices for an issue that doesn't math out properly with what data they give and they will NOT explain.
