Robert O’Connor LCSW is a terrific therapist! He is very insightful, helpful, and helps me face difficult truths at times while being supportive and gives me the tools needed to do so. This is the way therapy SHOULD be… Not being a “yes man”, but actually going through thought processes and coming to understand them, and how we can improve them. We learn that we can’t control what others do, but we CAN control how WE think and what we do.
Robert O’Connor is a very professional and astute therapist. My husband and I began seeing Robert several months back for marriage counseling. He genuinely listens and provides excellent feedback and I feel our sessions have been quite helpful. I have seen numerous therapists throughout the years and Robert is one of the best.

Wonderful Therapy. Dr. Holtz has been helping me through a difficult time after existing a narcissist relationship. He is very knowledgeable and most importantly easy to talk to without over explaining some experiences. Do not hesitate to reach out to him.
