Just when I thought I'd lost hope, I found Therapy Mission! A close family member was discharged from an intensive outpatient program and needed an individual therapist for follow up. They respond best when meeting in person, which a few years ago wouldn't be an issue. But post COVID it seems almost impossible. While Reina shared she wasn't the ideal fit for my loved ones needs, she was very accommodating and took them on as a client until I could find a specialist. I was looking for a mental health clinic and I found Therapy Mission! It was very accessible to me so I made an appointment. Since then Ms. Reina has been very helpful in controlling my anxiety. It was out of control and I did not know if there was anything that could help. Ms. Reina has been very helpful and I am feeling better! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new therapist!
