I had the exact opposite experience recently at The Therapy Link on Broadview Rd in Parma. It was a very smooth transaction from the recommendation of physical therapy from my doctor to the appointment at the Therapy Link. The ladies were very efficient on checking my insurance benefits, let me know if I had any out of pocket prior to my appointment, got me in for an evaluation the same week, and the therapist was able to see me right at my scheduled visit time. Go elsewhere! – My experience at Therapy Link was a frustrating waste of time. During the second meeting, the therapist could not seem to recall my answers to questions she had asked during the first meeting. She continued to suggest exercises that I either could not do or had great difficulty doing because of a mobility issue unrelated the the back problems that brought me to Therapy Link.
