Awful awful awful. First of all the location is enclosed on a scary street next to a body shop. They will say anything to get you in the door. Once you are there, they are rude, dismissive and have an outdated style of practice. Go to McRory if you can.
My son has OT and Feeding Therapy twice a week and he LOVES it! I love how kind staff members are. Jenny, Siovan, Gabby, Paula are soooo welcoming!!! You can see and feel that they love what they do. We look forward to our sessions every time and we appreciate how they like to highlight what he’s improving on and even things that we are working on also. Highly recc you bring your littles here.
We absolutely love Therapy in Action. It was highly recommended to us by our pediatrician and two specialists. My child did feeding therapy for about a year via Regional Center. It helped with some sensory issues but not much. When the feeding challenges continued, we looked for a feeding clinic in the Valley. Other clinics sat with my child and me while playing with food. Five stars for Therapy in Action! Mary Jane, Jenny, Jacqui and staff are all highly skilled, experienced and knowledgeable in what they do. We have been coming here for handwriting help and wish we had started sooner! Overall, the staff is great and the facility is also fantastic with a fully equipped gym.
When we first sought to get occupational therapy for my guy, I was overwhelmed. I was afraid it would lead nowhere and it'd be boring and tedious and my son would have to learn to deal with his issues forever. Well, enter Sivan.
