Finding Therapy For Black Men has been one of the highlights of my adult life. Being young black & from the inner city in this country has a ton of subconscious side effects that most people aren’t provided the tools to take on efficiently. Pre and during the pandemic i was in search of a good therapist. I tried through my Kaiser insurance and was pretty disappointed. I also tried betterhelp and that felt like I was dealing with the public defenders of therapy.
