Alyssa is an amazing therapist who works with late-diagnosed, high-masking autistic/ADHD adults navigating identity, masking, trauma, and big life transitions (relationships, parenting, perimenopause, etc.). Alyssa is compassionate and can cater to each individual she works with. She’s able to help individuals including young adults of varying degree of being on the spectrum, she also can help coach parents to better understand ways to communicate.
