For 2 years I had IT Band pain. Decided to try physical therapy. 2 times a week for 2 weeks. Massaging. Heat. Exercises. Dry needling. Poof. Pain is gone. Such a great experience. Can’t say how many times I’ve thought and said why did I wait so long. Thank you.
