My husband and I started therapy here a few sessions in and I have been charged over $300 and my insurance pays for therapy 100% because this company is in network. I found this out because my insurance sent me something in the mail. Also the billing people at Therapy Central spelled my name wrong on two of my bills, and the insurance said it was coded incorrectly. I have called three times and have been told by different representatives someone from billing will call me back and no one has called me back but the therapist. ... read more
