Very disappointed. Their intake process is not very seamless. Submitted my intake form on Friday was assured it would be processed in advance of my Tuesday therapy session. When Tuesday arrived, they cancelled my session citing that the form was still being processed. Then called to say it was processed but they no longer had any openings. I found a different therapist who puts clients' needs before administrative processes.
