RUN far from this company! In my eighteen month experience at this location, we endured a revolving door of BCBAs and OTs. While we loved many of them, they left because Therapy and Beyond is so grossly managed at the top. (A former employee told me that the company was "soul crushing.") They do not prioritize each child's unique treatment plan or goals, and clearly only care about the bottom line. Your child will not be seen as an individual, but as a dollar sign.
