This experience was from Adams Grove location in Columbia, Sc. Jessica or Jessie, the office manager, was speaking with her staff member. One of the patients (a child) started speaking to her trying to sing little Einsteins all of a sudden her phone slowly creeps up from the bottom and snapped a picture of the little boy. I asked her name and if it is normal to snap pictures of kids in their office. Of course she denied it and walked away while the parent was asking me what I saw. This is unacceptable on all levels.
