We had a referral sent here. We waited for over a month for someone to call us. During that time, we were calling them, our doctor was calling them, our insurance even called them; everyone called more than once and was leaving messages asking for a call back and to check the status of the referral. Not one call got returned. Our doctor FINALLY got a call answered and learned that Therapy 2000 didn’t have any therapists for the service we needed.
