Extremely unprofessional experience. Over the course of our professional relationship, this provider demonstrated poor clinical judgment, including unsupported diagnostic claims and inappropriate medication decisions. In our final encounter, she made additional unsupported diagnoses without formal evaluation, abruptly ended the call, and still charged my card the full fee despite not providing the scheduled service. This experience was deeply concerning. Patients should exercise caution and always obtain a second opinion.
