Incompetent and potentially fraudulent business. They requested payments via Paypal as a "donation". They also incorrectly billed our insurance not once, but 5 times, and also attempted to bill the same visit multiple times. Misquoted prices (repeatedly), terrible communication, and staff with no idea how to run a business mar the reputation of the therapists that work there. I suggest those considering theraplay seek more effectively run alternatives.
RecommendedTonight was our 1st time there. The staff is very friendly and helpful, very clean facility with covid-19 going on. My son will be starting speech therapy there soon and im very excited for him.

Such an amazing place for your children to get therapy where they make it fun for the children. All the staff is wonderful and goes above and beyond to make sure your family is taken care of! Would highly recommend!!
highly reccomend! have had nothing but a positive experience. our regular pt was andrea and we loved her! she was very patient with my son & helpful!! she went out of her way multiple times!
TheraPlay, and our therapist Mrs. Katie were amazing and helped my son bounce back fast! I appreciate you guys and I highly recommend anyone with kids who need physical therapy to look them up, they have a group of great employees!
The staff are amazing and so sweet! I absolutely love this place for my son. I couldn't have gotten better therapists and picked a better enviroment for my son then Theraplay❤ I couldn't imagine taking my son anywhere else.

The therapists and staff are amazing!! My son has improved leaps and bounds since starting with Theraplay. He looks forward to "playing with Ms Ricki" all week long! They work with your schedule and even my other kids love playing in the waiting room while my son is in therapy � A one of a kind place, for sure!!
