RecommendedWe love Theraplay in Quakertown! Our son goes twice a week for OT and has made a great amount of progress since starting a few months ago. We love all of the OTs but Kelsey and Maria are simply wonderful! Very thankful for them all!
Recommendedlove theraplay has done so much for my daughter.
They need to eliminate cancellation charges for patients with very difficult conditions and then try to double charge after that. Their therapists need to listen more to patients and not assume that working them harder will be better for everyone. Thankfully we moved on. The folks at Pain Relief and Physical Therapy in Havertown do a much better job and are more flexible with scheduling.
The OT was pretty average, the communication/reports left much to be desired. The lack of a standard therapist is not a positive. The idea that more eyes are better just doesn’t compute for these services. The billing is awful -don’t trust them to correctly bill your insurance or notify you in a timely matter of billing changes. AI Children’s Hospital OT services are 100% better in all aspects.
By been polite with kids and parents. Don't be mad with the parent presence in some sessions. If you're professional and don't doing anything wrong; WHY BE ALARMED????
RecommendedMy son, who is now 11, has been going to Theraplay in Limerick for PT and OT for no less than 7 years. His progress in these areas has been amazing and I have these folks to thank. Sandra Sutton-Wilde is an incredibly skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist. My son would not be where he is today without her knowledge and guidance.
