I love the staff at theraplay west chester. They go above and beyond. Caring and friendly. My son enjoys coming here to learn.
The team has been great but the system for scheduling appointments is ridiculous and I am at the point where I may have to send my son elsewhere for speech. I have been told that I should call at 7:45am to get the appointments that I want. That is not a possibility given my work schedule so unfortunately my son who is supposed to be at speech 3 Times a week will only have 3 speech appointments for the entire month! I am really torn because he loves going there but he really needs the help with speech! I’m happy with the serv... read more

Theraplay has been fantastic in helping me get OT for my daughter. Everyone there from the reception desk to the therapists have been so kind and helpful. While all of the therapists we've worked with have been great, Marissa and Dalton have been phenomenal. My daughter is so excited when she gets to go "play" and I have noticed marked improvement in her condition. I'm very happy I chose Theraplay!
