very unorganized but biggest issue is the unprofessional favoritism played by front reception area, should not feel threatened and have to tip toe in fear of retaliation by them threatening to refer you to treatment team every week.

There front desk lady is the rudest most insensitive person I've ever met. I feel like when you walk into an establishment like that there should be a person with compassion and understanding working at the desk. Not an evil judgemental person shes terrible.
Bullshit equipment, can’t even get supplies needed to properly help a patient
I feel that I was a great patient, very serious about my recovery. I was a phase twenty seven patient and never messed up. I got one months worth of medicine and only went once a month. Somehow, I was still required to do weekly counseling and/or group sessions. Neither of which have ever helped. Neither of which helped me get to phase twenty seven.
