Dana is a phenomenal massage therapist. I first found her after I had tweaked my lower back after (improperly..) lifting a heavy object, and I was desperate for relief and full range of movement again. After one massage session with her, I felt 100% better, which I was not expecting. I’ve seen her once more since then, no specific pain this time, and again left feeling great. Had a 90-minute massage yesterday with Dana- and it was just as fabulous as it sounds! The room is beautiful- ! White lights look like stars in the night sky. The table is soft and very secure and almost comforting with a blanket on top of the sheet/drape. The bed was heated and the minute I lay down I felt relaxed! Dana has strong hands and she uses them to good effect. My lower back and hip flexors got the deep tissue massage that they required. I have been going to Dana for several years now, and she is the absolute best! I found Dana while recovering from surgery on my foot. She helped to really loosen things up and realign everything due to me walking off balance. I now continue to go to her with just normal life’s stresses, and working out sore muscles. I prefer a deep tissue massage and she always does such an outstanding job! I highly recommend going to her whether it’s just to relax and destress or for more of an involved injury related massage therapy!
