Incredible experience. I walked in with some pretty serious lower back pain and walked out feeling so much better with some tips and tricks on how to keep my pain under control. Needless to say, I booked another appointment before I left. Thank you for a great experience and for helping me with my pain!
The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. I had a 60 minute bodywork, which was just what I was hoping for. Serena listened to what I was hoping to focus on for the time. Bonus, Serena was able to give suggestions of movements to do at home, that could help to facilitate balance in my body.
Serena is so knowledgeable about physiology. She can pinpoint why a muscle or joint may be causing problems and can tailor her massage directly to your needs. Once you go to Serena, you will never want to go to someone else. She is truly the best!
I cannot more highly recommend Serena’s bodywork. I’m an extremely active person but also live with chronic illness and pain that shows up a little differently every day. Every session with Serena is customized to my needs and deeply attuned to changing needs of my body.
