If you need help with opiate addiction this is the place to go to. The staff is great! Everyone is so helpful and understanding.
THIS IS NOT A MEDICAL FACILITY!! The director of this facility is top notch with real world experience unsurpassed. As a personnel director she falls extremely short. The receptionist is a bitter person and has a mouth like a truck driver. This is a step from being on the corner with people like that operating the front. It's a face and attitude you'd expect entering jail not treatment. There are other facilities in the area. Not worth the frustration you will inevitably at some point have to deal with!
Staff used to be friendly but I think are too overwhelmed by their patient volume growing . They seem under staffed (most likely under payed as well) and attitudes/shade thrown back and forth between staff and patients. Also the actual methadone is super hard to drink and keep down since they only do orange wafers. They have the potential to be a better facility but as of right now I would not recommend.
These people I genuinely consider my family. THEY are the reason why my life is so beautiful right now. Their encouragement and support is unmatched. I go every 2 weeks and I look forward to seeing all of the staff members. This clinic is MOST definitely NOT like the typical run of the mill clinics that you encounter. You can tell by their encounters with various clients that they care about each and every one of us, which is refreshing compared to all of the other places which are clearly in it for the money.
