I've never worked for a company like TI! It's a place where all the staff work hard in extremely creative and caring ways to help the people they work with. The counselors are so focused on helping their clients become successful. Working for TI has been one of the best personal and professional decisions of my life!
Weird I see stuff about how good their employees are, guess no one has dealt with them outside of their work place and seen how trashy some of them really are. Def not a place I would ever recommend after seeing stuff employees have posted online.
