Never seen such a disorganized group of mental health "professionals" Where to begin: My stepson started attending back at the end of March of this year. Within the near 3 months of attendance he had sessions with his therapist maybe 8 times and most of those times were spent watching movies in a day program. The nurse Kayla and front desk/phone lady Cathy pushed my son almost into withdrawal from one, maybe two of his medicines by not properly filing his prior authorization paperwork in a timely manner.
