I was the epitome of a good patient. I followed all doctor orders. I love Dr Ferrell. He loved me. I always complied with everything they proposed. I also had my therapist here. And, she was my therapist for years. We’d always had a few ups and downs. I’m not perfect, but Penny, my therapist was very abrasive and not exactly what you would call comforting. I have seen my therapist every 2 weeks for about 4 months now. She and the Dr have made such a positive change in my daily life!! I wish I had started seeing them years ago!!
This place is a joke!! They don't deserve one star!!! Very unprofessional...they put my 3 kids with 2 different counselors that don't communicate, then advised us to do certain things with the kids, then turned around and called Dhs for. Completely uncalled for!! Even new caseworker says they get ridiculous amounts of calls from this place. If my daughters counselor really knew her case....then she would of known what she was talking her was old news and had always been dealt with. Retard!!!
