Alison has extraordinary talent and knowledge. She can intuit which muscles are sore and which related muscles also need work, plus she also knows how to get at all those muscles. I've followed her to 3-4 locations now.
Alison is simply amazing! I have been getting massages for years but this one, by far, was the best one ever. It was a gift from my daughter-in-law. I live out of state but the next time I am in Alameda, I will be back.
I have a body that *needs* bodywork, but I avoided it for years. Through lots of running, a couple of motor scooter injuries, and general aging, my body really needed assistance, but I had trouble finding someone I felt comfortable with. Alison is incredible. I've had a bad shoulder, and besides feeing great, her massages have improved my range of motion and the quality of my life. And he's a blast to talk to (unless you're not in the mood to talk.)
