I always look forward to my massages with Liz. I’ve been meeting with her for over a year and I’ll continue to see her for as long as I can. I always feel comfortable and relaxed after my massages. She always asks if there are any problem areas that need to be worked on. Her studio is always clean and tidy. I highly recommend booking with her!
I went to see Liz to help ease the tension in my upper back specifically. I tend to get knots in my back due to stress, and I was overdue for a massage. Liz did an amazing job. Additionally, she did Gua Sha on my back which also helped get rid of the knots. Definitely going to book another appointment.

Liz always asks where my problems spots are. She gives the BEST massages and solves my problem spots. I always get the best night sleep after one her massages.
