I was referred here by my doctor. I called, gave them information, they said it was all fine and scheduled an appointment. Within 3 minutes they called back and told me “we can’t see you,” and that was it. I don’t even know if it was an insurance issue or a scheduling thing because they didn’t tell me. These guys may have good therapists, but I wouldn't know. I couldn't get past the front office staff. I tried to work with them for three weeks to get my husband in, but encountered roadblocks and excuses. They were not willing to partner with me to solve issues. The supervisor said a 3+ week wait was common! Someone who is injured shouldn't have to wait 3 weeks to get help. After giving up on this group, I called another group.
