Maddy and Sarah truly went above and beyond in supporting my recovery after my broken shoulder injury. They were so dedicated to helping me heal and made every effort to help me reach my goals as quickly as possible. Therapeutic Associates is an outstand Physical Therapy service. They have a very easy intake service, take most insurances and have exceptional customer service protocol towards new and existing clients. I specifically worked with Maddy as my PT. She is an outstanding listener, very reasonable with her approach and incredibly knowledgeable towards her care. I came to Wilsonville Therapeutic Associates in a lot of pain and could barely walk. I was about to leave on a two week cruise around part of Australia and needed to be able to walk in a few weeks. My experience with TAI was great. My initial visit was with Sarah, who diagnosed my shoulder issue. I worked with both Sarah and Maddy on different exercises and they would add or change them as needed so that I had a good routine that I could do at home. On my last day, I had about 8 different exercises that I could continue doing at home to help me get better. Everything is going the right direction and I am feeling so much better.
