Overpriced and not thruthful about insurance coverage – Very disappointed that I was told by the Therapeutic's office mgr at the beginning of my treatment (a knee pain due to a hard marathon training) that Cigna was covering for my therapy session. On my way out, I was then told by the same person that had checked me in, that she had made a mistake and that the treatment was actually not covered.
