I am so grateful for the care my child received from Ms. Gwen, her occupational therapist. Ms. Gwen was patient, compassionate, and truly dedicated to helping her. She took the time to understand my child's needs and made therapy a positive and encouraging experience. Ms Gwen is an angel among us. She has changed our child’s life and our family’s life. We cannot thank her or recommend her enough. We drive 30 minutes to see her and it is absolutely worth it.
My child’s pediatrician sent a referral a few weeks ago and I never received a phone call so I called earlier to check and see what the process is. The lady on the phone had an attitude, first she said they never received it, then she said they did and slammed the phone down and ended the call. Very unprofessional and I will not be calling back after this experience.

Originally gave them a one-star review but after them reaching out to me and getting the problem resolved I'm giving them a four-star review. The rating never had anything to do with the therapist Gwen she deserves 10 Stars she is an amazing therapist.
