Same review as everyone else. Never received the product and the company is refusing to re-send and/or refund. I think they are lying about it having ever shipped and charging me $130.
Never received the product, and the company couldn't care less to help. DO NOT order from this company, or you'll lose your money. Their products are not cheap, their shipping is unreliable, and their customer service is a joke -- I've spoken with three people, and each offered a different explanation for their mishandling. If your doctor recommends ordering from them, tell them to refer you to another brand for your own sake.
Company representative on the phone was very abrupt and after asking if I needed anything else, I responded no thank you and she hung up the phone Also stated the order number too fast and I needed to have her repeat it 3 times
The customer service of this company is the worst service I have ever seen in my entire life! I would have given 0 star but no option for this cuz I never received the product. I placed an order earlier of September, and never received the product. I forgot about this product and suddenly remember this product , then I checked my email, and it showed it has been delivered on 9/7. Customer service here is terrible. I was signed up for a subscription without my consent and no email notification when I placed a one time order. I will take my business elsewhere and encourage my friends to do the same.
