Customer service here is terrible. I was signed up for a subscription without my consent and no email notification when I placed a one time order. I will take my business elsewhere and encourage my friends to do the same.

TERRIBLE!! This company’s customer service is absolutely terrible. I placed an order with expedited shipping and after not receiving a notification about my order shipping out, I contacted them. I was informed there was a delay due to a warehouse issue blah blah blah and asked for them to cancel my order. They could not cancel my order but instead offered a refund once I received the item and mailed it back. Try to never write google reviews but adding to the chorus that this is a horrible company -- the product never arrived, customer service unresponsive, when you finally get ahold of them they would not provide a refund nor assist in claims processing with the carrier, and were extremely rude in the process. Really incredible that this type of e-commerce can exist in 2024.
