Very slow in shipping and very rude customer support to accept that! Wont order from them directly hereafter!
It's a scam! They keep shipping to you every month and won't let you cancel
TERRIBLE!! This company’s customer service is absolutely terrible. I placed an order with expedited shipping and after not receiving a notification about my order shipping out, I contacted them. I was informed there was a delay due to a warehouse issue blah blah blah and asked for them to cancel my order. They could not cancel my order but instead offered a refund once I received the item and mailed it back. Try to never write google reviews but adding to the chorus that this is a horrible company -- the product never arrived, customer service unresponsive, when you finally get ahold of them they would not provide a refund nor assist in claims processing with the carrier, and were extremely rude in the process. Really incredible that this type of e-commerce can exist in 2024.
I input the incorrect address package was returned to them several weeks later no refund even you ask they are unhelpful and say it can take months or years to receive package back. You ask to speak to a supervisor never available They don’t respond to customers and won’t refund money when packages are not received!
