NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The product never showed up and when I called to ask for help, they were incredibly rude and didn't care at all. The product is expensive and they basically steal your money. Buy from a different company.
They did not send my supplement, and when I went on the website they said that they had "difficulty" processing payment. They never notified me, and when I contacted them, did not respond except usual chat bot standard replies. Update 08/27. They responded with a lie that they notified me of the issue. When I confronted them about the lie, they said it was an accident. When I requested to speed up delivery, they refused as well.
my item, that used to sent in the US Mail has been "out for delivery" for several days now. The Therlogix Customer Service number does answer but can't provide any more information. I requested an overnight shipment of my item, but they won't do that. If you can avoid this company - do so, just because of the terrible service.
Theralogix has gone completely downhill. Apparently they now use UniUni to deliver packages which means your package will be stolen by the UniUni driver and you'll never see it (mine's been out for delivery for a week allegedly). When you contact Theralogix, they won't do anything about it and direct you to UniUni where you can't reach a human and get any resolution. I have never given a bad review before, however I think this deserves a minus star review. My husband passed away less than a month ago. He had been ordering and using Bladder 2.2 for several years. In the midst of my grief, I received an email that Theralogix was going to send a new 90 day shipment. I contacted customer service, and even though the package had not yet shipped, I was told by the first person and a "supervisor" that they had to go ahead and ship it but that I could return it with a return authorization.
