I have never given a bad review before, however I think this deserves a minus star review. My husband passed away less than a month ago. He had been ordering and using Bladder 2.2 for several years. In the midst of my grief, I received an email that Theralogix was going to send a new 90 day shipment. I contacted customer service, and even though the package had not yet shipped, I was told by the first person and a "supervisor" that they had to go ahead and ship it but that I could return it with a return authorization. SCAM ALERT!!! I purchased the single serve packets of CithraLith kidney health supplements. Multiple sealed packets were EMPTY! I’ve contacted the company 4 times without any resolution. Buyer BEWARE!
Please do yourself a favor and do not buy nothing in here, did not received my product and they don't even care at all. 0 customer service and 0 attention. Worse company ever
Poor costumer service. If you want to cancel the order o make a return they make it really difficult for u. Think twice before purchasing from them
Same review as everyone else. Never received the product and the company is refusing to re-send and/or refund. I think they are lying about it having ever shipped and charging me $130.
