I had made an appointment, but it was an honest mistake because I had a personal emergency that happened last minute. Unfortunately I did not make the appointment and about 30 minutes after the schedule appointment, the gentleman called me from the front desk. The way he approached me was “are you coming,” so I apologized and said is there anyway we can reschedule and I was trying to explain to him what had happened.
