Good luck trying to get them to answer their phones, never been to a PT where 9/10 of your calls aren’t answered.
The people running this place are a complete joke. The front desk told me I had to wait 2 weeks for my insurance to get authorized and approved, only to find out after calling my insurance that they never sent out the authorization to begin with. So over 2 weeks wasted due to incompetent workers. If your insurance is going to shell out thousands of dollars for months of physical therapy it’s best it goes to a facility that actually gives a shit about its patients.
I had an excellent experience at Theradynamics. All of the Pt were knowledgeable and truly cared about my recovery. The entire staff was friendly especially Zack & Charmaine. They made me feel welcome every time. Highly recommend!
The first time I came in, I have to wait 2 hours before they can see me Its so crowded. Not a Good place to have your Physical Theraphy. Staff are terrible and rude. Place are Filty and smelly. So I decided that it’s my first and last time to Go to this place.When I asked For termination letter they want me to pick it up. They giving me a run a round. Why can’t just send it via mail or email?
