Sold me a defective item. Opened it and there was white crust all over the base and it wouldn’t turn on. We had the box with the item and all parts but somehow forgot the pouch it comes in and the store wouldn’t take it back… they sold us a completely defective item and then refused to replace or refund it because of a missing pouch? What are you going to do with that pouch? Resell the item that doesn’t work? Waste of time.
