I was with my friend, who was receiving physical therapy at this location. A staff member named Christina is rude and condescending. She treats the patients like they are children. I guess she feels, since the patients are elderly, that she can verbally abuse them. Luckily for my friend, I witnessed it all and will pursue every avenue available to me and have her reported to every agency that is involved with the elderly.
