I scheduled a hair appointment 3 weeks before the date via the website. I traveled for North Carolina to Baltimore to recieve a style from this stylist and she NEVER showed up. My appointment was set for 9:45am. At 9:30am I received a text from her that stated she would arrive at 10:00am. I replied with ok. 10:15 rolls around and she still hadn't showed up so I sent a message asking how much longer she would be. She replied and said she was next door at the hair store. I would not go here. Very UNPROFESSIONAL! Canceled on me twice and kept my deposit. I would not waste my time with this establishment.
