I was very pleased! This was my first visit, and Tyler Swedeen was friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. He explained each test and the results so I could understand completely. He provided me the opportunity to ask questions, and set my mind at ease about the process of getting the hearing care I need. The office staff was also very friendly .
I came into Theos Audiology on 8-20-25, with a problem of not being able to increase the volume on my hearing aids. The Technologist fixed my problem in less than 5 minutes. I can now increase my volume as needed, and also decrease it if need be. I appreciate the good, prompt service, and solution to my problem. Ken Goad
Short wait time. Everyone was very nice. Exam only 20 minutes.
The hearing test was very comprehensive. The audiologist was thorough and knowledgeable. She was informative in a manner that was understandable, and made suggestions best for me. I recommend this office for anyone I need of hearing treatment.
