Just visited theory bodyworks and I had a great experience. I was massaged by Amanda, and she was great at taking direction and used deep pressure throughout the entire massage. I felt very comfortable with her. It seems like most of the workers speak Mandarin, but can speak English as well. The prices were great for the service. I really enjoyed my massage and would highly recommend!
Best legit massage place around. Very clean, very professional and the staff are all very talented and well trained at their craft. I have chronic back pain and they always find the knots and know how to work them out. I leave feeling better and appreciative of NuNu and the rest of the team at Theory Wellness.
I came in here for massage having received a gift card. This was a therapeutic healing massage. I will come back here, to continue healing my shoulder pain. Experts here. Thank you!
Massage technique was quite good. My biggest complain was that I developed a headache when face down because of the face pillow that was really hard and covered with a paper towel. Definitely not a good choice for someone new to massage or uncomfortable with being uncovered. While I didn't mind because she was targeting areas that some miss in order to maintain modesty, some mind not be as comfortable with that.
